The existing solution has legacy of limited browser compatibility and depends on third party plug-in to get real time data. Even the infrastructure cost was too high to maintain systems for few 1000+ concurrent users. However , the need and demand of device enabled system made them to rethink about their existing trading system.
For this new platform, clients put together a business and IT team and did an exhaustive technology evaluation for 5 months and than we developed a single sign on trading Frontend & IPO on HTML % using RIWA Websocket Gateway, which runs on cross browser platform, Tablets & mobiles. They have reduced their infrastructure cost drastically without compromising the performance. It is tightly integrated with content data and back office on single sign on technology.

Investors can hold their securities in a demat account with any DP and securities can be transferred instantaneously between any two accounts. Due to short period of time available to submit delivery instructions in a T+2 settlements, many investors sign blank slips, which could result in misuse. An Alternative channel to submit delivery instructions, was the demand of the client.
An encrypted sms communication system to confirm delivery instructions, uploaded by the broker was proposed by Cazaayan and readily accepted by the client. By using TRUST application Beneficial Owners can send an SMS to confirm delivery instructions uploaded by the broker. The received SMS is in an encrypted form and can be read by the registered mobile number & mobile app only.
If the investor is using the SMS based TRUST application, a SMS is sent by CDSL to the BO, giving details of the instruction along with a request to confirm the same. This instruction is confirmed by the BO sending SMS using the TRUST Application, after which the account of the BO is debited.
